Recently had to purchase a tire due to an unrepairable tire.. these guys were awesome. Raffi and Chris went above and beyond. I purchased a great tire at a low cost. I was in and out in 20min with exceptional service. Highly, recommend this business for new and used tires.

Had a blow out tire on I5 was able to get off highway. We called direct tires and they had the tire in stock. They sent the new tire in their mobile tire service truck and changed the tire for us. Thank you Raffi for taking care of us today.

i came in with my 2024 Lexus IS 350 F Sport for a basic tire patch, something that almost every tire shop charges $15–$20 for. Raffi, the owner, charged me $40 with no real explanation or justification. that is blatant overcharging, and it felt like he saw an opportunity to take advantage and took it without hesitation. what made this experience even worse was how uncomfortable and unprofessional the interaction was. as a woman, i felt uneasy the entire time I was there. the way he looked at me and interacted with me crossed the line and made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. this is supposed to be a professional business, and instead it felt inappropriate and unsettling. between the price gouging, the lack of transparency, and the creepy behavior, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I left feeling taken advantage of and angry that someone would treat a customer this way, especially over something as simple as a tire patch. do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. there are plenty of shops that charge fair prices and treat customers with basic respect. this place does neither.

I want to leave these guys 5 stars for their accuracy and efficiency. I recently had a flat front right tire and decided to replace both at once on the front axle, it so happened that I was driving past this service and decided to stop by on occasion. I was very pleasantly surprised by the price for buying and replacing two new wheels on the front axle of my Toyota Prius. The guys replaced and balanced two wheels in 10 minutes and I paid $ 150. I can recommend this service
